Do you love mountain biking? Here’s a job opening for you!

North Shore Bike Park at Turtle Bay Resort (Oahu North Shore) seeks a full-time employee who loves biking and mountain bikes, and has bike mechanic skills. The position requires managing and maintaining a rental fleet of 40-50 bikes, including full-suspension mountain bikes, beach cruisers, children bikes and more.

The job also requires sales and customer service, as the bikes are rented to tourists for use on Turtle Bay’s multi-purpose trails and dedicated single-track mountain biking trails.

If you are enthusiastic about sharing biking aloha with visitors, please apply right away. Pay will range from $12/hour to $16/hour depending on experience and expertise, plus tips and commissions/ bonuses. Position available immediately.

Trail Work Day – March 15th!

Calling All Trail Menehunes! 

We are having a Trail Work Day this Sunday from 1-5pm. We will be meeting at Pohakupu Park in Kailua at 10am and riding / shuttling over to the trailhead. There is very minimal / no parking at the trail head, so please be prepared to ride in or shuttle over.

WHEN: Sunday March 15th from 1-5pm

WHERE: Meet at Pohakupu Park (620 Ulumalu Street, Kailua) and ride/shuttle over to trailhead

WHAT: Trail building / grooming of new trails!

BRING: Bikes, Hiking Shoes, Water, Food, Gloves, Friends! Bring your own rake/shovel if you can. We have some extras if needed.

NOTE: You must check in when you arrive! If you haven’t signed a waiver, you can do so on the trail before working or print one out below and sign if you can! They are good for a year. Also if you haven’t used OMTBO trail tools before, you MUST receive safety and usage instructions from an OMTBO board member before using them! Let’s keep these days fun, safe, and rewarding!
